Panthenol in gynecology and practice
Panthenol has a regenerating, anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effect, is used for burns of mucous membranes, promotes rapid healing of wounds, cracks, erosions.

The effectiveness of the drug is provided by dexpanthenol. This substance, being absorbed into the surface of tissues, turns into another active component – « pantothenic acid », stimulating the restoration of integuments.
Besides healing, panthenol has a powerful antiseptic property (i.e., reduces inflammation). ⠀
